Stop treating symptoms. Fix the root cause of your pain.

Our assessments will show you exactly what is causing your pain, and how to fix it for good.

Over 300 people have completed our movement assessment to identify the root cause of their pain.

The full movement assessment is $400.

During the consultation we’ll discuss your situation and determine whether the assessment is the right next step.

If we don’t believe we can help you, we’ll tell you.

“After several back injuries and a rough pregnancy, I struggled to get back into training. Hunter’s assessment identified problems that other professionals had missed for years. Now I’m getting stronger every week — without pain or injury — and I finally feel momentum back in my life.”

Recovery postpartum

40 years of back pain GONE.

“40 years of back pain, rotator cuff injury, and nothing helped. After working with Hunter we started fixing the real cause. Within weeks my pain improved dramatically. A few months later my daily pain is almost gone.”

— Don

Finding the true cause of pain

“Hunter’s assessment quickly showed me where I was weak and what I needed to work on. I had pain in several areas that chiropractic care hadn’t been able to fix, but the exercises he gave me made a huge difference. If you’re dealing with pain that won’t go away, I highly recommend getting an assessment.”

— Josh

What Happens During Your Assessment?

The Process

1. History Review

We start by discussing your athletic history, injury history, and any past issues that may be affecting how your body moves today.

If you’re interested in deeper work, we can also explore mental and emotional stressors that influence physical tension and movement patterns.

2. Visual Movement Assessment

We observe how your body moves to identify muscular imbalances, compensation patterns, and areas of weakness.

This gives us the first clues about what’s actually causing the problem.

3. Breathing & Core Function

We test and retrain breathing mechanics using targeted drills that activate the psoas and obliques to restore proper core function.

Breathing dysfunction is often a hidden contributor to pain.

4. Movement Testing & Corrections

You’ll go through specific movements that reveal the issue.

We then apply targeted corrections so you can feel the difference immediately and understand what needs to change.

5. Your Plan Moving Forward

Before you leave, you’ll have a clear plan.

This may include:

• personalized exercises

• daily movement homework

• weekly progress work

Some people train with us, while others follow the plan independently.

Either way, the key to healing is consistency with the work we prescribe.
